Michael Beckman, our Long Beach Police Dept. East Division Commander, has notified the Rose Park Neighborhood Association that a group has announced that they will be having a protest concert at Rose Park on Sunday Nov 13 from 6pm to 10pm.  The park hours are from Dawn until Dusk.

This group does not have a permit for the use of the park. 

The LBPD wants the residents of Rose Park to know that the police are aware of this planned protest and will show an increased presence at the park to prevent unlawful use of the park and diminish the disturbance the group may cause.
