"Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father's will." Matthew 10:29

We spend a lot of time worrying about what tomorrow may bring. Many people will spend a large part of today thinking about tomorrow and what might happen. We imagine the good and bad things that could happen. We live out our tomorrows in our imagination before they ever come. Sometimes those thoughts leave us excited about tomorrow, and sometimes those thoughts leave us frightened. Yet regardless of what tomorrow may or may not bring the bible insures us that our God is in control.

The truth is no matter how much we plan or worry about tomorrow none of us knows for sure what's going to happen. Even though we have no certainty of what tomorrow holds we do have a certainty of who holds our tomorrow! The bible teaches us that kingdoms rise and fall at God's will. Rest in the knowledge that our heavenly Father is in control. Even though we don't understand why many thing work out the way they do, we do understand that God is working things out the way they should go. And even though man may struggle against God, and live and commit many acts outside of God's will and His word, in the end God will make all things work together for good. Be at peace today and every day knowing God is still on the throne!
