"And behold, a leper came and worshiped Him, saying, Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean. Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, I am willing; be cleansed. Immediately his leprosy was cleansed." Matthew 8:2-3

As the leper approached Jesus his one desire was that Jesus would be willing to heal him. The leper had no doubt about the ability of Jesus to heal him, he only doubted His willingness. The leper's hope was turned to faith when Jesus said, "I am willing". How ecstatic the leper must have been to know that the Master wanted him to be cleansed!

I believe today the Lord is still willing that we be made whole. I believe that He is willing and able to heal us of all our diseases. It was His body that was broken for us! If today you find yourself in sickness, whether it be physical or emotional know that the Lord is not only able to heal you but willing also. Put your doubts to rest, God wants you whole so you can be used for His glory. Turn your eyes to your Healer, and allow Him to heal you His way and in His time! Don't try to put Him in a box and make Him heal you the way you think He should. Let God be God! Let us just receive from your Lord, and not dictate to Him.

"and said, "If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD who heals you." Exodus 15:26
