"Now Jephthah the Gileadite was a mighty man of valor, but he was the son of a harlot; and Gilead begot Jephthah." Judges 11:1

Jephthah the son of a harlot was rejected by his brothers. He and his brothers shared the same father, but a different mother. Jephthah was a mighty man of valor, but this was not enough to overcome the circumstances of his birth. Jephthah was an outcast, but God would take this rejected man and turn him into a mighty deliverer and judge of Israel. Despite the circumstances of Jephthah's birth and the persecution he faced, God was able to completely turn his circumstances around. God was able to take Jephthah and turn his life upside down.

Perhaps today you feel as if your life is a wreck. The circumstances of life have left you feeling defeated and overcome. You feel as if you have no power or ability to fix your life. Relax! Know when you can't God can! God is more than able to take any situation and turn it around. If today you find yourself with a sinking feeling and you can't pull yourself up, allow God to do it for you. Turn your eyes to Heaven and call on the Lord, trusting completely in Him and His might, and watch what He will do in your life! God can completely change your life regardless of your circumstances! God did it for Jephthah he can do it for you!
