"With my whole heart I have sought You; Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments!" Psalm 119:10

Seeking God with a whole heart is to utterly forsake all for Him. Knowing the fullness of God's presence can be accomplished no other way than seeking Him whole heartily! Jesus put it this way, "If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple." The statement seems incredible harsh and even Scripturally incorrect, until we look at what Jesus means. It is in the light of God's Salvation that everything else loses its luster! In the presence of this Light nothing else is important. Nothing can compare to knowing Jesus Christ, and the fullness of God's grace! When we seek after God with our whole heart we are throwing everything else aside, that we may grasp the fullness of God's presence! It is in the fullness of His presence that we receive the grace to keep His commandments. When we experience God's fullness we lose the desire to wander off. Seek God with your whole heart, and you will experience His grace and power like never before!
