Target Fundraiser for Holy Cross

Right now all Facebook users have an opportunity to participate in an amazingly simply fundraiser for our school.  Target is offering free $25 gift cards for every 25 votes for Holy Cross.    All you have to do is search for Give With Target on Facebook (Or go to the Holy Cross Catholic School FB page and click on the link that is already on that page).  You will have to allow the FB app permission for you to vote, etc. You then need to search for our school.  The easiest way to do this is to type in just Holy Cross and the zip code of the school, 24501.   Our school should then come up. Vote for us today and then vote again beginning on Sunday.   You can vote once a week every week until September 8.  Each 25 votes gives us $25, and right now we have $75 in gift cards.    Spread the word!

Volleyball Manager Needed End of summer
Mrs. Wesley is looking for a student from the middle or high school who would like to be the manager of the Middle School volleyball team.  The manager needs to be able to attend all games, including away games, learn how to keep the score book, and help with other small tasks.  The manager does not need to attend practices but will need to spend some time with Mrs. Wesley to learn how to keep the score book.  If your child is interested, please email Mrs. Wesley at [email protected], call (434) 942 8612, or let her know if you see her at school!

End of summer Innisbrook is Back!
Our Innisbrook Sale begins on August 24th.  Last year we cleared over $4,000.  Our goal this year is to clear $6,000 which means abour $13,000 in product sales.  Students are going to love the new backpack clip and will find out all about it at an assembly on Friday, August 24th. There will be out-of-uniform prizes, candy prizes, and gift cards for our top sellers!  Look for more information soon.

You Can Make a Difference for Our School with Box Tops!

We've recently launched our 2012-2013 Box Tops for Education fundraising campaign. This year we've set a goal of earning $2000.00 through Box Tops.

Here's how you can help:

* Clip Box Top coupons from favorite products and send them to our school.

* Sign up to support our school on the Box Tops website at btfe.com

This year we are changing our program. If we meet our goal we will all come together toColor Logo celebrate. The PTO will have a pizza party and fun family event. We will have one for the elementary and one for the middle/high school. If you send in a bag of 50 trimmed Box Tops with your child's name on the bag your child will be ente red into a drawing for a Gift Card from Game Stop. This is the easiest way to raise money for our school. Every Box Top counts. Please put all your Box Tops in the collection box in the lobby. So far I have collected $300.00 in Box Tops over the summer.

For more information on how you can help our school earn cash through Box Tops, contact Jan Mata, our Box Tops coordinator, at [email protected].

Don't forget to keep collecting your Tyson and Campbell's labels
