French Honors

Our French teacher, Mrs. Teyssier, is very proud to announce that two of our French students, Lexi Quinn (level 1) and Claire Wittman (level 4) have been placed as finalists in the annual essay contest of the Lynchburg Alliance Francaise. The contest is open to French students from public and private schools in Lynchburg and surrounding counties. The young ladies will be honored at an awards ceremony at VES on April 27th.

To wish someone "congratulations" in French, one says "Félicitations"! (fay-lee-see-tah-see-yon)

Holy Cross School will have a 1:35 dismissal on Thursday, April 21, and there will be NO AFTER SCHOOL STUDY HALL for middle and high school students on Thursday, April 21.  Please note that after school day care is available for a fee.  Thank you for making arrangements for your student's after school care.
