Lego League
Holy Cross has participated in Lego League competitions for several years now and we need to thank our parent volunteers, Beth Schubert, Karl Rony, and Jon Winters, for getting this program on its feet.  We have lots of interest and need some more hands.  If you are interested in being a parent volunteer for Lego League and meet after school with our students, let us know.  We need to move quickly since the competition is in November!  Contact [email protected] if you think you can help.  Everybody loves Legos!

Host Family Needed
Our wonderful senior, Jake Kang, would like to live with an American family for his senior year.  Are you interested in serving as a host family for Jake?  Please contact Pat LeDonne ASAP for more information.  Thank you!

You Can Make a Difference for Our School with Box Tops!

We've recently launched our 2010-2011  Box Tops for Education fundraising campaign. This year we've set a goal of earning $700.00 through Box Tops.
  Here's how you can help:
Clip Box Top coupons from favorite products and send them to our school.
Sign up to support our school on the Box Tops website at btfe.com
This year we will have 2 Ice Cream Contests - one for the Elementary and one for the middle/highschool.  The class that sends in the most Box Tops will earn an ice cream party.  Each classroom has a collection box, and we will end our first collection date in October.  The winner will be chosen by the class with the most boxtops (ratio to children- some classes have more students than others). For more information on how you can help our school earn cash through Box Tops, contact Jan Mata, our Box Tops coordinator, at [email protected].
