Greetings!
From Our
Principal:
This is the day the
Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.
I
try to make this prayer my first thought each day as we can choose to fill our
days with rejoicing. We have much to celebrate at Holy Cross Regional Catholic
School - dedicated teachers, talented students, diligent staff members and
supportive families. As I begin my tenure as Principal, I am delighted to feel
the power of these forces coming together so that we can have a wonderful school
year.
Our teachers began professional development days on Monday,
August 16 and worked hard in preparation to welcome students back to school on
Monday, August 23. I look forward to hearing the hallways fill with the joy of
learning in a supportive community. With the knowledge that we will make this
school year one of rejoicing, I wish you the best over the final days of
summer.

In an effort
to conserve our resources, we are going to try and post as many things online as
we can. By checking our website and reading the E-Crossette online newsletter,
you should be kept up-to-date on all current news. If you have not yet signed

Volunteers Still
Needed!
If you can help out in the
kitchen during any lunch period, please contact Patti Kese at pkcskc@aol.com. The more folks we have, the less each of us has to do!
LUNCH MONDAY AND TUESDAY, AUGUST 23RD AND
24TH
Please remember that elementary
students need to pack a lunch with drink, utensils, and napkins for the first
two days of school. Middle and High students should bring a substantial snack
since they have no lunch period due to 1:35 dismissal times.
Scrip Help raise money for the school by placing a scrip
order. Check out the new order form in the front office. I will place orders
every Monday and return them on Friday. We accept Visa, Master Card, Cash
and Checks. Order today!
