My incredible daughter, Beth, was eight years old when she scribbled these simple words on a notecard. Though her penmanship and spelling were a bit crude, her heart was in the right place, and there are some "world leaders" today that could stand to heed this advice from a small child. In the blink of an eye, she is now twenty five, a college honors graduate (her spelling has improved), a third year law school student, and married. It all passes so quickly. We must cherish every moment.
As this year draws to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to thank each of our friends, customers, and vendors in the wonderful Green Industry for your friendship, camaraderie, and support as we continue our mission to make this planet a better place. This year we are keeping our tradition of making a donation in your honor to Eagle Ranch for Children in Chestnut Mountain, Georgia.

And The Winner Is
Congratulations to Debbie Silver of Ray Bracken Nursery in Pelzer, SC, for winning her first drawing ever; a brand new Apple iPad2, 32 Gigabytes, with Wi-Fi & 3G for the Verizon network!! Nothing but the best for our guys! Just a side note that there was something a bit eerie about this drawing. There were exactly 86 names in the hat, and 86 just happens to be my favorite number (the year Beth was born). And the winner was from Pelzer, SC, and Pelzer just happens to be my Charleston, SC son-in-law's family name. Go figure. Stay tuned as we are cooking up another fun promotion for the up coming Trade Show & Pre Spring Season. Until then, keep warm, hug your Mama, laugh out loud, tell someone you love them, dance like nobody's watching, and thank the Good Lord for bringing us safely through another year! Peace.
