AFTERSCHOOL CLUBS

This is not a comprehensive list of the after school clubs to be offered this year at CIS. 

 

Please note that we are still waiting on room assignments before opening registration for clubs.

 

A registration form will be sent out as soon as days and room assignments have been established.  When registration forms are sent out, you will choose your child's top three ranked choices and assignments will be made and you will be notified which club your child will participate in.

Permaculture/Aftercare and Before Care Registration
 
Hello CIS families!
Online registration for Extended Care/Permaculture Club is now available!  You can register your child online at
  
Permaculture is open to all children at CIS and will run from 3:00-6pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays as well as from 12:30-6pm on Wednesdays. 
Registration is $25 per family and
you can choose from an unlimited rate of $200 per month per child or an hourly rate of $6 per child. 
 
We have contracted with two amazing new individuals to lead the Permaculture Club and they will be ready to meet your kids on Wednesday after school.  **We have also arranged for a very special surprise guest (Miss Jen, our previous Director) to be here to help out with Permaculture and train the new Director and Assistant this week.  Please stop by and say Hi, she's really excited to see everyone.

August Hot Lunch Menu

Please note that lunch is available from the first day of school!  The cost of the lunch is still $3.00 per day for a main hot lunch meal, the salad bar, and a drink of milk or water.
The only day we are accepting day-of payments will be on the first day of school, this Wednesday, August 15th.  Subsequent to that, all payments are due for the following week on each Friday.  All checks are to be made out to Aaron's Sandwich Time.

Meet n Greet Reminder!
Make sure you come this Friday to the PTA sponsored Meet n Greet event and get to know your classroom teacher and fellow CIS families!
