Corrales International School Summer Program
Dear CIS family,
Our second session of summer school started on Monday!!!. There is still
time for your child/children to join us. We offer weekly registration
options to help families plan for their summer vacation. Visit our
website http://www.corralesinternationalschool.org/ to register your child/children for Ready Set Go Spanish Immersion with Maestra Gaby Escobedo (Kindergarden) or Maestra Nikole Montague, Fit Kids with Sandy Sheperd, Casa Cooking with Sandy Sheperd, and Ocean Science with Ms. Montague! Session 2: July 5-July 30 Register soon and don't let your family miss out on these unique learning opportunities. Our CIS website is set up to accept credit cards. This is a secure site through United Payment Services. When using this feature you must have an Internet Explorer Browser 7 or above. UNIFORM SALES
Hello
all!! Don't forget that the LAST DAY to order uniforms is TONIGHT (Tuesday, July
6) at Flying Star in Corrales from 5-7 pm. See you all there!!!--Monet Silva-Caldwell
UNIFORM CLOSET Being our first year, there is a limited supply of recycled
uniforms. These will be distributed on a first come/first serve basis,
and we will only be able to give out one shirt per student. We also
have a few long sleeve polos (x-small and small) and sweaters (small
only) available.
We do however have plenty of pants, shorts, and skorts that
will be available the week before school starts. We will collect
outgrown clothes the entire school year. Please direct all questions
regarding the CIS Uniform Closet to Rianne at rianne1134@yahoo.com or call her at 803-3125 if you would like one of the shirts.

| CIS PTA meeting July 20th at 6:00 pm

Our monthly PTA meeting is scheduled for July 20th at 6:00 p.m. at CIS. An agenda will soon be posted on our school website. Please join us as we will be voting on approval of the contract for an Aftercare provider and proposed budget.
PTA Membership expired June 30th. Please continue your PTA
membership by renewing your membership at our next meeting or by contacting
Anna Prewitt at annaprewitt@gmail.com.
Anna will be available to create memberships during the New Student Registration on August 10th as well as during the Meet and Greet on August 10th!

The July SAC meeting has been canceled. Please join us at our next meeting on August 10th after the Meet and Greet!
School Advisory Committee (SAC) is recruiting volunteer representatives for the following grade levels: Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 7th. The SAC collaborates with the head administrator on many aspects of the school's management and processes. This school year they were integral in designing the drop/pick up area and in advising the Governing Council in the uniform policy.
