Backpack Express! 
Dear CIS Families:
Tomorrow, May 15 is our School Clean-up Day. We need your help in cleaning up the outside of our school. We have many weeds and fence repairs we need to do to ensure that our playground areas are safe and enjoyable for our students. We will be meeting at the school 9:00 a.m. Bring any of the following items with you, rake, gloves, and trash bags. AFTER-CARE PARENTS: Due to safety concerns, we will be locking the front doors after 5:00 p.m. Please come in through the back parking lot after 5:00 p.m. to pick up your child. The door to the Multi-purpose room on the westside of the building will be open. |

The CIS Garage Sale is coming up! The Mathisen family 53 Levi Lane in Corrales, will be hosting it at their house in Corrales this year on Friday, May 21st and Saturday May 22nd. Start gathering your items now. If you are able to price some or all of your items before dropping them off it would be greatly appreciated. We need lots of volunteers to help setup, work the event, and provide goodies for the bake sale. We especially need volunteers for these dates: May 18-20th for pricing and organizing; And May 21-22nd to help us sell.
