Junior Camp
Western Week in  Junior camp brought the songs of Pecos Bill to camp.  Pecos Bill and his trusty stead walked off into the sunset after a long hard day at camp!
Next Week - Camping Week
Middle and Senior Camp
What is one of the most  most popular weeks at Tall Pines Day Camp?  Gaga Tournament week of course!  Bunks have been practicing all summer for this one week.  Cheers could be heard all around camp.  The spirit was high and the points were close.  In the end its not about the medals but what the campers look forward to every year, getting into the Gaga Pit with their friends.
Winners below!

Counselors in Training
This was a double your fun week for the CITs.  Two exciting trips. On  Monday the entire group packed up and went to Ocean City.  They had a wonderful time on the boardwalk and at the beach.  Campers got to play games, go on rides and get in a little shopping.

Wednesday was Grandparents Visiting Day and CITs were excellent tour guides assisting our visitors in finding their way around camp.  Great job CITs!

On Thursday,  the 8th grade campers celebrated their graduating with a trip to Sahara Sam's Indoor Water Park.
This was an awesome way to end the season and celebrate with thier friends.  Next year they will be working hard as Junior Counselors!

Alex's Lemonade Stand - Swim-a-thon
Well the totals are in and Tall Pines families have contributed over $5000 for the Alex's Lemonade Swim-a-thon.   This only solidifies the generosity and kindness of our families. Thank you so very much!

Gaga  Tournament
What is Tall Pines Day Camp without Gaga.  Well, let's hope we never find out, because this is one of the hottest games in camp.  Every year parents call and want to know when the Gaga tournament is, so that they can make summer plans around this activity. It's not enough that Gaga is a bunk activity,   and a club activity but it   MUST also be a tournament.

Tall Pines Theatre Presents "Bye Bye Birdie"
Tall Pines Theatre did it again.  A wonderful  "broadway" production of the Bye Bye Birdie.  The theatre club campers make a hugh sacrifice to be a part of the program and it is evident that it was worth it.  This year's show under the direction of Maura Schwartz and Ally Balchiunas was awesome.  The campers entertained their parents on Thursday night with a private show and the whole camp on Friday.  They danced and sang their way into our hearts.  We can't wait to see what the show is for next year!
