a little art, a little craft ...

Hi there, creative type!

So I am officially a horrible person!!  In my June issue, I had promised a prize drawing...a free sheet of TAP® paper to 5 of the people who commented on this blog post...and I completely forgot to pick the winners!

So my ditzy brain is now your glitzy gain - all 13 of you who entered the drawing will receive a free sheet of TAP - yahoo!

Here are the 13 entries below. If you recognize your name and comment, just email me your address and I will pop it in the mail to you, I promise! An alarm is on my calendar, stickies are on my mirror, and strings are tied around all ten fingers!
TAP winners
I've been crazy busy getting ready for the CHA Trade Show and the Craft Supershow...thought I'd share some of my make-n-take projects.

My show schedule is at the bottom here...if you are attending either show, please stop by and say hello!

Make-n-Take #1:  Canvas gift bag - "scratch-tapped" with free Dover clip art, and layered with tapped text.

Yes, I am using TAP® as a verb and I'm making up all kinds of new words! You can scratch away parts of the image you print on to the TAP paper to create a distressed border before ironing it to your surface.

Make-n-Take #2:  Canvas gift bag - "scratch-tapped" with a cloud photo I took, layered with tapped text, and then stamped with paint.

Make-n-Take #3:
Lutradur flower pin - lacy effects created with a heat gun, then spritzed with shimmery spray paint.
