KIDS Classes Begin
August 15th!
Reserve Your Spot Now! Our Fall 2011 Season begins Monday Aug. 15th. City Dance Center offers classes for children ages (2.5yrs - Teen) in: Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, Latin Dance, Tap, Cheer/Acro, and Creative Movement.
Classes are filling up fast! If you have not reserved your spot in a class, you may register online or at the studio during office hours.

Las Vegas Salsa Congress 2011 a Success for B.J. and Jacey!!!
Beaumont Salsa rocks Vegas! City Dance Center Salsa instructors, B.J. Martinez and Jacey Garcia, attended the annual Las Vegas Salsa Congress in July. B.J. and Jacey were chosen by audition to represent Tropical Gem dance company in a SALSA / MAMBO SHOWDOWN. One of the best Salsa teams in the world - Tropical Gem- versus one of the best Mambo teams in the world - Yamulee! Only 6 ladies and 6 guys were chosen for this honor. The SALSA team consisted of dancers from Singapore, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Texas, and more!
B.J. and Jacey studied with Tropical Gem and learned their choreography during an intense 6 days of rehearsals and practice. It all culminated in a showdown performance at The Tropicana in Las Vegas 4th of July weekend. The experience was an amazing success for B.J. and Jacey and they have already been invited back to next year's event!

The Competition team competes throughout the year at several different regional competitions and also performs locally throughout the season. Our next performance will be at The Art Museum in downtown Beaumont for Free Family Arts Day. The theme is "Recycled / Reinvented" Come check out the CDC kids strut their stuff! We will be at the event giving FREE hip hop lessons and the Company kids will be performing throughout the day. AUGUST 13TH, 10am to 2pm at The Art Museum of Southeast Texas!

About Us
City Dance Center is a professionally run dance studio that serves both children and adults of all skill levels. We provide high quality instruction in many different genres of dance with a recreational dance program and a competition/performance dance company for the more serious student. At CDC, we strive to not only provide top-notch instruction in dance but also excellent customer service. We understand and take into consideration the busy lives of children and parents. Therefore, we aim to offer convenience in scheduling classes, paying tuition, etc... In addition, our facility is brand new, equipped with two spacious dance studios outfitted with sprung floors for the safety of the dancers, and we are centrally located in Beaumont.
