SBL Founding Director Adlai Wertman attended a meeting at the White House on March 14th to discuss the challenges of engaging corporate America in social change.
CBS EcoMedia, founded by SBL Advisory Board Member Paul Polizzotto, was named a finalist for Leading Social Innovation at the 2012 Edison Best New Product Awards. EcoMedia will be honored at the Edison Awards Gala on April 26 in New York City.
Society and Business Fellow Sally Lee (MBA '11) recently accepted a position as Director of Corporate Responsibility at Warner Bros. She leads We Can Be Heroes, the company's new campaign to raise awareness of hunger in the Horn of Africa.
In December 2011, SBL Program Specialist Janet Kramer and SBL Scholar Vina Vo ('13) participated in the USC Global Business Brigades trip to Ghana.
Society and Business Fellow Jessica Risch (MBA '13) was elected President of Marshall Net Impact for 2012-2013. Jessie was also selected as a REDF Farber Intern for Summer 2012.
