How 10 Pages a Day Can Change Your Life
read
By Dr. Tim Reynolds

Reading is one of my passions. The more I read, the more I find I want to read.  I honestly just can't get enough.

For years I have recommended everyone read at least 10 pages a day in something inspiring, motivating, or educational.  Reading 10 pages a day will probably not change your life tomorrow or the next day.  In fact you may not notice anything for quite some time.  But just think, a mere 10 pages a day equals 3,650 pages, or approximately 10-12 good books a year.

Can you imagine the impact reading 10 to 12 positive, life changing books a year could have on your life?  From experience, I can tell you it will change your attitude, your health, your relationships and your checkbook if you let it.

I recently read the average American only starts one book after finishing high school and only half go on to finish reading the book.  I find this staggering and hard to comprehend.  Knowing how to read and not doing it is worse than never learning to read.

In contrast, the average fortune 500 CEO reads four books a month.  Coincidence?  I think not! The average fortune 500 CEO makes over 30 times what the average employee makes. If this doesn't motivate you to start reading, I'm not sure what will.

Want to Get Rid of Your Mundane Life?

mundaneAre you living your dream or merely existing day to day?  For far too many of us, life means toiling away at a job we don't like... tolerating "toxic" people in our life... and even accepting marginal health instead of robust vitality.  That was Dr. Tim Reynolds only 10 years ago.

On the outside it looked like he had it all -a successful career, a wife and family, a big house, and a shiny sports car.  Yet every day when he got up he felt like all he had was a high-responsibility job that was sucking the joy and energy right out of his life.

That's when he gave himself a reality check and decided the pain of staying where he was, was a whole lot bigger than any imagined pain of making some big changes in his life.

So Dr. Tim developed an action plan for reclaiming his life -a plan that included giving himself more free time to do the things he loved, surrounding himself with great people that would help him achieve his goals, and putting an end to all the things in his life he would no longer tolerate.
