Need a will? Now is the time to have one prepared
Several weeks ago, we offered our friends and clients preparation of wills and other planning documents at a discount until June 30, 2009. To inaugurate our newsletter, we are extending the offer to July 31, 2009

In addition, because we all put off this necessary planning, we are making this process as easy as possible. If you wish to have us prepare these planning documents, Please email Jen Rector before July 31, 2009 She will send you a questionnaire that will provide us with the information we need to prepare your will and health care directive, with a self addressed stamped envelope for you to return the questionnaire. Once the questionnaire is completed, one of our attorneys will call you to discuss the questionnaire. We will then draft a will and other documents to your specifications, and set up an appointment for you to come in and complete the paperwork. If you need more than a simple will, we will discuss your options with you.
