Happy New Year from South Coast Dancesport! We hope that your holidays were filled with wonderful memories, quality time with the people you love and high expectations for 2010. As this new year begins, don’t forget to mark your calendars for some exciting upcoming events at your favorite dance studio. Our January Practice Party will take place Friday, January 15th at 8 p.m. while our Winter Fantasy showcase will take place the following Saturday, January 23rd at Segerstrom High School at 7 p.m. Our January Group Class calendar is available on the website now, so pick your favorite dances and join us every weeknight at 7 p.m. And plan now to attend the California Open cocktail party in the studio’s suite on Saturday, February 13th at 6 p.m. But first, some exciting news!
Thank you for attending our 1-Year Anniversary Party in December. We had over 100 people attend this exciting evening of celebration, live music and dancing! The studio looked amazing, our pros got to show their moves and we all raised our glasses in anticipation of what the next year will bring. Well, to start, it begins with a new location! That’s right, South Coast Dancesport is in the process of building our very own location. We have loved the time we have had at our Ridge Route space, but we will be temporarily holding classes (both private and group) and parties at the Hills Hotel at La Paz Road and the 5 Freeway. The management of this 4-star hotel has graciously allowed us to hold our classes in their ballroom facilities. This short-term location will still provide the same quality instruction to which you have become accustomed at South Coast Dancesport, we’re just ‘camping out’ till our new location is finished. We can’t wait to show you our new digs! |

Private and group lessons at the Hills Hotel will begin this Friday, January 8th, and your teacher will be in touch this week to make sure you know where to go. Our first Practice Party in our new location will be on January 15th. The new year is often the best time to invite your friends to check out your favorite hobby. Let’s make the first party of 2010 a great night! Ryan will be teaching the Foxtrot at the 7 p.m. Group Class and the dancing will start promptly at 8 p.m. |
