GEORGE REPPUCCI -- Member of the CaLBOC Board and member of the MBUSD CBOC. He is a resident of Manhattan Beach and retired in 2009 after a 44 year engineering/ consulting career with TRW/Northrop Grumman. He served as program manager of several major defense, earth observation and communication satellite projects. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and completed the UCLA Executive Management Program.
BRIAN W. CARVER -- CaLBOC Board Member. Mr. Carver is an attorney and Assistant Professor at the UC Berkeley School of Information. He has served as the Chair of the Citizens' Oversight Committee for the Emery Unified School District.
MICHAEL DAY -- CaLBOC President/Co-Founder. Currently serves as the President of BESTCO Division Beutler Corporation. Mr. Day is also the Principal of Rockwood Consulting, a diversified energy program and product development firm based in Sacramento. Mr. Day was a member of the Sacramento City Unified School District BOC for four years, including 18 months as chair. He attended University of Long Beach majoring in mechanical engineering and International relations, and is a graduate of the US Naval Power School.
