Greetings!

Meet Daisy a very lovable Yorkie Terrier that came to us from a "backyard breeder". To say she was neglected would be an understatement. Daisy BeforeIt took us 2 plus hours to clean her, which included cutting, shaving and bathing her. A vet visit revealed that she is no more than a year old and she is about three weeks away from giving birth, and she also has mange which will require a $34 shot every week (we don't know if we caught it early enough to prevent the pups from contracting it).

DaisyAfter only 48 hours in our home she has gone from a frightened dog to a perfect member of the family - loves the dogs, kids and even cats. She is good in her crate at night and has not had an accident in the house yet (knock on wood). She does have zero manners about food - but that could be because of her being very hungry or that she had to fight for any food she did get, we're working on this issue with her, its nothing serious.

She looks like a totally different dog now (with no hair), I know I need work on my hair styling - Daisy Afterbut she would not stop moving!!! And it will grow back - I hope :). Daisy loves nothing more than to sit next to or on top of someone and fall asleep; she loves everyone she comes in contact with. We're looking forward to helping her give birth and raise her pups.
Thanks,
Rob & Tonya
