Greetings!
So we often get asked "don't we get attached to the dogs we foster and is it not hard to let them go?". The answer to be honest is yes and no. Some dogs we are very excited to see leave (ones that like to get up at 5AM, others that are not 100% house trained). And some we would have loved to keep as members of our family!

But two things keep us from keeping them... 1) that would mean we would not have the room to save the next dog, and there is always a next dog in need. 2) getting e-mails and images of the dogs in their new homes! That truly makes it all worth while!!!

We got this letter from Jackie/Moxie after she got back from vacation...

"... I went in a canoe, I did not want to get in but as you see I did not want to get out. I went swimming and exploring. We had Bacon everyday, John snuck it at breakfast and brought it back...." Read the full Story
