Single Sock awards grants to Bayard and Silver City Community Gardens

Single Sock, the community run thrift store has awarded $500 grants to the Bayard Community Garden and to the Silver City Community Garden.

A number of gardeners from around the area have been donating produce to the food pantry. The first batch was this gorgeous basket of Italian beets grown by Mary Frances Dondelinger.
