This Nando's Chicken commercial uses an attitude of fun and a little shock factor to cleverly position the business.

The approach creates a certain "attitude" towards the business and was pioneered by the inimitable Richard Branson and Virgin Records (as it was then).

Here Nando's is creating an attitude of fun while using an element of shock to cut through and grab attention.
