Penny Crusade Week 3 Penny
Crusade giving is jumping up. Through last Sunday we have received
a little over $2,200. So, we are much closer to our goal of
$3,500. Good job!! Penny
Crusade is the one annual fund raiser for the outreach of the Gospel that is
promoted by the Advent Christian Denomination of which we are a part. Seventy percent of the funds received go to overseas ministry, and 30% to
ministry within the US. The Advent Christian Church has ministry in some
40 different countries worldwide. Right now we are in the process of
developing a worldwide map that can be displayed at West Valley, showing every
country in the world where we have a presence. In
keeping with Pastor Keith's messages on the churches in Revelation, please
remember Jesus' words to the Church in Philadelphia: "I have placed
before you an open door which no one can shut." There are great
opportunities all over the world for Christian witness and ministry. Thanks for helping through Penny Crusade! |
