You are now eligible to purchase your booth for the 29th annual International MUSE Conference. The conference will be held in Orlando FL from May 29 - June 1, 2012.  Join us at the stunning Disney Coronado Springs Resort and engage prospective customers in MUSE's vibrant exhibit hall.

Other exhibitors will be offered booth space subsequently. The Priority Points system is the basis of the booth payment notification but booth assignment is based on the order that booth payments are received.  In order to maintain the integrity of the Priority Points system, please do not forward this message (or the link) to anyone.

 

This is the most current booth map and exhibitor list.  Due to the ongoing nature of the sales process, some booths may have been sold since the last update.  If none of your top three booth selections are available when it is time to assign your booth space, a current booth map will be sent to you so that you may choose from the available booths that remain. 

 

The exhibit hall has one entrance, which is noted on the booth map: all other doors will be closed. 

 

There is some flexibility for desired configurations and attempts will be made to satisfy all requests. However, island booths will not be created if there are less than four booths left in the remaining configuration of booths. MUSE will delete a maximum of two booths to create any one island booth.

Beginning in 2012, MUSE will be awarding points to exhibitors for all events based on their booth size. The number of points awarded will follow the current formula of 1 point per $1000 spent.




An exhibitor may secure a maximum of eight (8) 10x10 booths or equivalent.

 

Payment by credit card is preferred although payments via checks are acceptable. Please be aware that booths cannot be reserved - only the receipt of a payment secures a booth. If you wish to FedEx your payment to the physical MUSE office please use this Canadian address:

Exhibitor Area

The exhibit area will be in Vera Cruz A-C (herein known as the exhibit hall). The exhibit hall has a ceiling height of 16'. The standard 10ft x 10ft booth package consists of an 8 ft high background drape and 3 ft high side rail drape, and one ID sign. Booth fees do not include furnishings or carpet. Please order furniture and other items directly from GES Exposition Services. 

Set up Time

 

Tuesday May 29 from 8:00 am through until 7:00 pm (the exhibit hall will reopen Wednesday May 30 at 7:30 am to allow for final preparations.)  Exhibitors must be fully set up and ready to receive attendees by 9:00 am on Wednesday May 30

Tear down can commence on Friday June 1 at 1:45 pm.

Notes

  • Exhibitors are welcome to attend the keynote sessions and enjoy breakfast and lunch each day with all MUSE attendees. With the exception of product education sessions, an exhibitor registration allows an exhibitor registration allows a Commercial Member the same access to all sessions, educational opportunities and social events as a Facility Member registration.
  • All conference attendees are invited to the exhibit hall to attend the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, May 30 between 4:30 pm and  6:00 pm. Light snacks will be available.                                       

Exhibitor Nametags

   

Each person attending the conference must purchase and wear an official conference nametag. Your booth fee does not include any complimentary nametags/conference registrations. The conference registration rates are noted in the table below. All prices are in US dollars. Registration for this event is now open.
