Winter Menus Need RD Sign-Off:

Check with your Dietary Manager for your clients that use Nutricopia menus. They should have recieved their paper menu packet, or for those on MenuCentral they will print out their menus and a menu approval form. Make sure you review for any facility-wide changes and sign off on the approval form for each cycle.

 

Halloween Costume Winner!

Nutricopia's New Emergency Solution

  
If you read your Menu for Success newsletter last week, you know Nutricopia launched a new emergency nutrition solution at the CAHF Annual Convention in Palm Springs.

 

Meals for All are complete meals with up to a ten-year shelf life that will save your clients up to 90% on their cost of emergency food rotation. It meets therapeutic and mechanically altered diet needs and comes with a policy and procedure manual, instructions, inservice, and packed for easy transport in the event of an evacuation. All the menus, instructions, pricing and nutritional information is available on the new Nutricopia website under the Emergency Solutions navigation bar, or get there at www.mealsforall.com.

 

There are brochures, order forms and menus available in pdf that you can download and print and share with your facility administrator and dietary manager.  Emergency news, regulations and links are also available on the updated web site as well as FAQs about Meals for All.
