Friday October 31, 2009: Halloween Parade & Trick or Trunk
It's camera time! Just like last year, our Halloween parade will
take place in the morning. Please plan to have all the children dressed in
their Halloween costumes when they
arrive at school. The new location for the parade will take place in the
parking lot. Why the parking lot you ask? Well we've decided to add a "Trick or
Trunk" component to the extravaganza as well. "Trick or Trunk" means, the
children will parade by all of our cars and parents may give children special
treats as they go by. We ask that all parents reverse into the car spaces so
that your trunks can be opened for the parade.
Please drop your children off at their normal time and wait in the car
park for the parade to begin at 9am.
*Please
include your child's extra change of regular comfortable clothes so that the
teachers may change children after the morning festivities have ended. This parade
should go on for about an hour. Families may leave and pick up children at
their regular pick up time.
Below
we have listed our special Halloween schedule:
8-9 Families

9-10 Lock school entrance gate & hold "Halloween Parade/Trick
or Trunk" in the parking lot (Bring some special treats!)

this year and can't wait to see the finished products. If you don't know what
this is, they are

students that have one thing in common: the power to help schools pay for
opportunities that help their students learn! Forty percent (40%) from the
sale of each box is paid directly to the school and provides vital funds
they need to pay for supplies, programs, and other learning activities. We are
looking forward to creating holiday cards for you to send out to all your
family and friends, fabulous!

Please take part in our recipe project. We are asking each
family to please share a wonderful family recipe w/ our program. You can email
