Station Information |

Your "station" will include chairs and a table, either 72" x 30" or 96" x 18". Those stations where students are "required" to make purchases, or those who have large displays, will be given priority for the larger tables. If you have a preference, please let us know as soon as possible.
- Please feel free to bring displays, samples, incentives, promotional/educational materials and give-aways, banners, signs, table tents, etc. for your station. Table clothes are provided. Most stations will be set up around the perimeter of the conference center; however, items may NOT be placed on the walls. We recommend table-top displays. There is limited space for floor displays.
- Please let me know if you need access to electricity.

Raffle Prizes: Students will have the opportunity to earn raffle tickets by investing their money. We are still in need of some raffle prizes! Feel free to bring prizes tomorrow if you wish.
Refreshments: Coffee, juice, water, and snacks (prepared by students in our food service program) will be available for volunteers throughout the morning.
Parking: We recommend that you park in the southwest parking area of the Comfort Inn & Suites, as it is closest to the Conference Center entrance. | |
