According to Superintendent Jon Bales, the District will to need add days of attendance to the calendar, but will not have the final plan until later in the winter when we have a better handle on how many days we need to make up -- currently at two. We will very likely be adding days after the scheduled end of school in June, but may also look at other days where available.

The administration will be meeting with teacher leaders and the board of education to collect input and ideas over the course of the next few weeks. How are decisions made to close school due to inclement weather?  Visit DASD School Closing Delays for more information.
