CANONIZATION of KATERI TEKAKWITHA
Kateri Tekakwitha will be canonized on October 21st, in St-Peter's Square in Rome. She will be the first North-American aboriginal to be recognized as a saint. Spiritours has been selected as the official tour operator to organize a pilgrimage to Rome to witness the canonization (by the organizing committee at the Mission Saint-François-Xavier, where the Blessed Kateri's Tomb is located in the Mohawk community of Kahnawake.)
7-day / 5-night package to Rome at $1999 including;
Return airfare from Montréal, accommodations in 4-star hotel, 2 meals per day, private tour bus transportation, tickets for the canonization, guided tours, a Quebec tour guide, a spiritual guide and a local guide, all taxes (including the Compensation fund for customers of travel agents.)

Meeting the aboriginal people of the North shore
A few words from Jean-Noël André
 For years I have reflected on the question of inter-cultural exchange in a concrete manner; as I began learning the way of life of the native people of the Innu Nation of the North shore.
More than 20 years ago, I met the Innu at Pessmit and together we shared a crazy dream; to produce a film in which Innu, Québecois and French children would be the only actors, and who would experience authentically their first meeting. At the end of the film, the main characters from each of the three cultures find themselves with the chief of the village and as a group they decide to embark on a voyage to a new land, where they would be forever together. Today, by way of travel experiences which cultivate authentic encounters with aboriginal people, perhaps we can contribute a little towards the realization of the film's prophecy..
