Al Roker, weather anchor and feature reporter for NBC's TODAY Show, will be inducted into Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.  This induction ceremony will take place on Wednesday, August 19, 2009, at 2:00 PM at Ben Benson's Steak House; located at 123 W 52nd Street between 6th and 7th in New York City.  All interested members are requested to arrive by 1:00 PM.  Following the ceremony, there will be a reception and members will have the opportunity to meet Mr. Roker and welcome him to our wondrous band.

Roker is the President & CEO of Al Roker Entertainment, producer of top-quality programs for cable and network television. He is also the author of several books including, Big Shoes: In Celebration of Dads and Fatherhood and Al Roker's Hassle-Free Holiday Cookbook.

New membership into the bond of Phi Beta Sigma is a time of celebration, and we hope to see the room overflowing with the brothers of Blue & White.
