Do you know who the best golfers are in the Fraternity? Well, many of them will be in New Orleans during Conclave 2009 to seek the title. If you have a handicap, you might want to get your clubs and head south. We are expecting excellent weather and looking forward to seeing you.

Please see the information regarding the Conclave Golf Tournament from our Conclave Host Chapter, Theta Beta Sigma. The entire chapter is working hard planning the best for us.

Brothers - Come and enjoy New Orleans! On July 7, 2009 and in conjunction with our 95th Conclave, Theta Beta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. proudly presents the 2009 National Conclave Golf Classic sponsored by Liberty Bank at the TPC Louisiana Golf Course. Named by Golf Digest the "No. 4 Best Upscale Public Golf Course" when it debuted in 2004, Louisiana's TPC is situated on 250 acres across the Mississippi River from New Orleans. The course features gently rolling hills; numerous wetlands areas; stately stands of cypress and oak trees; and four sets of tees on each hole, providing golfers of all skill levels with a picturesque, enjoyable challenge.

Brothers, your participation in this Golf Tournament will enable us to continue our service to the community. Please join us for a day of fun while helping us maintain the tradition of our founders by becoming a part of this Conclave event. Team and participation levels are described more fully in the sign-up brochure. Send the completed brochure with your funds to Liberty Bank (see brochure for address). Afterwards, you are invited to the 19th Hole Celebration where there will be food, drinks and awards. Non-Golfing participants can join the 19th Hole Celebration at a cost of $35 per person.
