From Award-Winning Author and Storyteller Bob Kann and the Milwaukee Art Museum comes the biography Frank Lloyd Wright and his New American Architecture book presentation & the "Frank Lloyd Wright: Organic Architecture for the 21st Century" exhibition. First, Kann brings readers into Wright's prolific career, which spanned more than 70 years, and tells the eccentric stories behind some of his landmark buildings. Find out about Wright's works, from his Oak Park home, known to locals as "the house with a tree growing through it" to how Wright successfully built the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo to withstand earthquakes, and more! Then, experience more than 150 objects designed by Wright in the new exhibition at the Museum. Featuring thirty-three never-before-shown drawings by the Wisconsin legend, aswell as rare home movies and various examples of his work.
