As a part of the Arts @ Large program, we need your input to assess the efficacy of artist residencies in your school.  Please submit a survey for each of the artist residencies that Arts @ Large provided for your students.  We encourage all teachers who worked with artist educators on projects in the 2009/10 school year to complete a survey, or, Arts @ Large Team Chairs can submit surveys representing the work that happened in classrooms.

Please complete surveys no later than May 31, 2010 for any completed residencies.
