Please join us for our next upcoming social with the Sikh community at Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara. It's a great opportunity to connect with local Sikhs, tour the Gurdwara, spend some time in the Darbaar Hall (the Sanctuary) and enjoy the communal meal of Langar.

Interfaith From The Heart9:00am to 12:00pm in the Salons Don, Ted and Jamal will speak from their 20 years of practical experience as well as their deep spiritual yearnings and God-centered human commitment that sustained them on this journey of interfaith relationship. The morning program will be of interest to all those who want to develop or encourage interfaith activity in their own faith community. Suggested donation: $15 What Happens at the End?
7-9 pm, Nov. 15, in the Sanctuary. The Three Amigos will respond to the question "What happens at the end?" and engage in conversation with one another and with the audience. This is the sixth and final presentation from the "Same Life Questions- Different Faith Pathways" panel series.

Same Life Questions-Different Faith Pathways
How do spirituality and religion sustain and inspire us in living the basic questions of human life?
Leaders from three different spiritual traditions will respond to the question of the evening and engage in conversation with one another and with the audience.
Tuesday evenings, October 25 - November 15, 7:00pm - 9:00pm at St. Andrew's-Wesley United Church. $10 recommended donation.
Film Festival: Great Questions of Human Living
Reel Spirituality and Explorations in World Religions present six films followed by a discussion of how the films illuminate the great questions of human living.
Friday evenings, October 21 - November 19, 7:00pm - 9:30pm at St. Andrew's-Wesley United Church.

Interspiritual Dance Festival
Five dance groups, representing five different faith traditions will present dance performances. This festival, which is a production of St. Andrew's-Wesley and the Interspiritual Centre, in co-operation with Christ Church Cathedral, will be the closing event of this year's Exploration in World Religions. Tickets $15 at the Church Office and at the performance. Sunday, November 20, 2:00pm - 3:30pm at Christ Church Cathedral. Tickets are $15 and are available at the church office or at the door.

Artist's Call For Submissions: MFC2013

Each year, the Multifaith Action Society invites artists to submit works of art for publication in our upcoming calendar. For 2013, the theme is "The Nature of Spirit."
Work on this theme can be provided in any medium, and honorariums of $100 - $500 are presented to selected artists. The deadline for submissions is January 15, 2012.

The "Telling Our Stories" Interfaith Dialogue series kicks off on November 2 at Crescent United Church. The series takes place over the course of four Wednesday evenings, 7:00 - 8:30pm from November 2nd to 23rd. The questions will inspire dialogue about important celebrations and transition times in daily and religious life.
