Come out, come out where ever you are ... it's wickedly fun! The Blessed Sacrament Parish School Boulevard BOO! Parade & Carnival, is San Diego's only Halloween themed parade -- a celebration of community spirit and cultural diversity.

The Boulevard BOO! Parade starts at 10 a.m. and travels through the College Area, beginning at 59th Street in El Cerrito, the parade will travel east along El Cajon Boulevard, crosses College Avenue, and concludes at Rolando Boulevard in the heart of Rolando Village.

This family-friendly event features Sea World's Shamu as Grand Marshal, a spell-binding parade with ghoulish floats, vintage cars, equestrian entries, unique costumed characters, marching bands and more!

The BOO! Carnival at Clay Park follows the parade from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. This free action-packed carnival includes bone chilling rides, games, food, bands, costume contests, pumpkin bowling, a pie-eating contest, a Haunted Pumpkin Patch with Trick-or-Treating, merchandise booths, a  beer garden and more fun than a barrel of spiders!

The parade closes several roads in the College Area from approximately 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 22nd through 12:00 .pm. Please plan ahead for the following traffic interruptions:

College Avenue will be closed (certain exceptions to local traffic going to a destination/home within the closed off area) from Montezuma Road (North) to University Avenue (South).

El Cajon Boulevard will be closed from 54th Street (West) to Montezuma Road (East). Please use Collwood Blvd. or 70th St.

The BOO! Parade & Carnival is sponsored by Blessed Sacrament Parish School and Campus Plaza Shopping Center and is produced by the College Area Business District.
