What an amazing day we are living in! We are experiencing the fulfillment of Bible prophecy right in front of our eyes. In the book of Matthew, chapter 24, the Lord spoke of how the gospel shall be preached to the ends of the earth and then the end shall come. While growing in up in Kenya, I remember praying for the gospel to penetrate the Soviet Union and for the Lord to strengthen the underground church there. Sometimes it seemed like it would never happen in my day, but lo and behold the day came when the so called iron curtain fell like the walls of Jericho. It may sound like a cliché but God's always in control and listens to the cry of His people.
 
The Lord is fanning the fires of revival and strengthening the underground Church in China. There is an open door of ministry and an opportunity to release another blow to the principality of communism in this area. I believe as surely as the Lord heard the cry of the Church for the Soviet Union, He will hear us again as we cry out for China. The bamboo curtain is not an adequate defense against the saints of the living God. Let us gather together this Friday to uphold China in prayer and stoke the fires that will consume the bamboo curtain. The Lord will answer us speedily!
