Greetings in Jesus!
Revival is breaking forth in our nation! The Holy Spirit is being poured out in a fresh way. These really are exciting times to be serving the together. In Lakeland, Florida (Todd Bentley Revival Meetings) and in Fort Mills (Morning Star Ministries) amazing things are happening. They have been in extend meetings for almost 40 days in Lakeland!
A new beginning has started in our nation. I encourage you to check out www.freshfire.ca or God TV, and let the Lord fan the flame for what He has promised to do here in the Northbay and the San Francisco Bay Area. Also check out the article called "The History and Future of the Present Revival" by Rick Joyner. Let's hear what the Spirit is saying to the church!

| God Prevails
John Bidaurreta
definition of the word supplanter means to supersede (another) especially by force or treachery. He lived up to this name for many years of his life, tricking his brother Esau and fooling his father Isaac to receive the blessing and the birthright.
Every time someone called his name Jacob, hey Jacob he was reminded of this negative identity and would hear, hey treacherous deceiver. But Jacob overcame this identity by receiving the name that the Lord gave and spoke over him and by continuing to declare this new identity daily.
In Genesis 32 Lord asks Jacob a question: "What is your name?" And he replied, "Jacob." Right then the Lord said, "Your name shall no longer be Jacob, but Israel."
The Lord changed his name and spoke a new identity over him. The name Israel means God prevails. After that day, every time he heard his name, Israel, he heard, GOD PREVAILS.
Indeed, God did prevail over Jacob's Life. After the name change, nothing negative was recorded about Jacob in the Bible. The curse that man spoke was broken by a word of blessing spoken by God.
In the same way the Lord spoke to Jacob, he is speaking, "I prevail over you right now." God is prevailing over limitations and curses people have spoken over our lives, longstanding issues, and even over sickness and disease. Let's all continue to declare this word; God does prevail over our lives.
