Grace and Peace to You!
In Revelation 21:5, God says "Behold, I make all things new." This is His word to you! This is a season of new beginnings. We are awakening to the goodness of the Lord, and the reality of His Kingdom. This is the day that the Lord has made!
Join us this Sunday as we gather in His Presence. May the Lord refresh you and your family as you shine for Him in this world!
Love in Jesus,
Caleb and Rachel Klinge, Lead Pastors.

Just the Humblest of Paintbrushes, in the Hand of the Master John Bidaurreta |
|
I recently heard the missionary Heidi Baker speak, and she referred to herself as a paintbrush.
There is nothing inherently special about a paintbrush by itself, but when a Master Artist picks it up, it can be used to make something truly beautiful.
Artists can use hundreds of paintbrushes of all shapes and sizes in the creation of just one masterpiece. Unfortunately, too often we get caught up in our 'shape and size' so to speak and miss the big picture.
Psalm 139:14
14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
KJV
God says we are fearfully and wonderfully made, which means we were perfectly designed by the creator to fulfill His specific purpose over our lives. All of us are called to do the work of the ministry.
God is not seeking out our capabilities to serve Him, but He is seeking out those who have made themselves available to serve him.
Zechariah 4:6
Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.
KJV
It is so encouraging that even the humblest and most beat up of brushes, when wielded in the hand of our Lord and Master Jesus Christ, can be used to make some beautiful strokes in the big picture He is painting. | |
