Christian Cancer Support Group January 22

Group"I have never wanted to be part of a support group before joining Cope By Faith, " said Cathy, breast cancer survivor,  "so I was very pleasantly surprised that being part of this group was such a rewarding experience."

The Cope By Faith Christian Cancer Support Group is a wonderful opportunity to combine the support of a therapeutic environment with the powerful impact of the Christian faith to reach out to cancer survivors in their time of need.

In addition to offering emotional support, Cope By Faith, a 7 week group, will teach cancer survivors how to distinguish between healing and being cured, to evaluate one's priorities and goals, and how to make the most of life through prayer, fellowship and God's word.

ESTHER: It's Tough Being a Woman Begins January 13th
Beth Moore Study
"Just the introductory video had me completely fired up to do this bible study!" said Karen Tripp, bible study leader.    On Tuesday mornings from 9:15 to 11:15 AM at St John Lutheran Church in Ellisville,  women will share in a small group setting followed by a dynamic video by national speaker Beth Moore.   For 9 weeks Karen will lead this study about how to be a woman of God at times when God is hard to see.   If this time is not convenient, the same study is being lead by Sharon Schaller on Tuesday evenings at the same location.
