I Know it's WAY too early for Christmas but..
Greetings!

Karen Tripp MS, Speaker, Author, Counselor, is presenting her new speaker topics  for this Holiday Season.  Included are Christian topics for events such as Advent by Candlelight or Stress Management topics for general groups interested in ways to cope with the holidays.  Also, there are topics designed for cancer survivors and the bereaved at what can be a difficult time of year.

CHRISTIAN TOPICS::
Through her light-hearted wit, sensitive insights and passion for the Lord, Karen Tripp, will break through the chaos of the holidays to display it's true purpose: to meet the infant Jesus in a powerful new way.

Giving the Gift
It's that look on their face when they open the gift and you know you got it right that makes giving so precious.  Imagine the look on God's face this Christmas when, once again, you open the gift of His Son.  Learn how to take the wonder of your Christ filled life and proclaim Him,  much as Elisabeth proclaimed the glory of the unborn Christ (Luke 1-2 ) through thought, word and deed this holiday season.

Receiving the Gift
"I feel terrible.  I don't have anything for you."  Fears of uttering these words inspire frenzy shopping excursions for the perfect generic gift so you'll never be empty handed.  Yet empty handed is the only way to be when approaching the Christ child on Christmas morning.  Through a fun yet insightful look at Mary's Magnificent Luke 1:46-55), learn to overcome your hesitance to fully receive the undeserved gift of grace and live this holiday season filled with expectation!

Being the Gift
The Christmas season brings a tidal wave of the trivial things in life followed by an earth shattering desire to focus on the important: the birth of our savior.   Clinging to the important and warding off the trivial is what transforms us from a breathless holiday blur into a gracious gift to those we love.  Through a look at Joseph's trial before the First Christmas ( Matthew 1-2), Karen will teach you how to not let this Christmas season happen to you but let you happen to Christmas.

Seeing the Gift
Have you ever looked back at your Christmas season and thought, "I don't remember seeing Jesus."  Christmas is a glorious window to see- truly see- the gift of Jesus given to you.  Just as God promised Simeon he would see Jesus, the anointed one??? Likewise God has promised that YOU will see Jesus.  Through seeking, listening and stillness, Karen will show you how to see Jesus with fresh eyes and a softened heart.

All talks are scripture driven and include a testimonial and the clear message of the Gospel.  Topic lengths can vary from 20-45 minutes.
Available upon request for each topic is a take home bible study, table discussion questions and a fun, interactive game to be played in groups of 6-12.
