I would like to cordially invite you to the 2nd Annual 5th Ward Leadership and Community Collaboration Awards.  It will be a festive evening of fun at the newest and most exciting venue in the 5th Ward - Jacksonville!  We will enjoy great food, exciting raffle prizes and take part in honoring 5th ward community leaders and neighborhood minded merchants; as well as granting scholarships to two of the 5th Ward's brightest students.
