CIS Division best paper award

We received excellent papers, and three judges performed a double-blind review on all 22 papers and selected the best one.  The committee was unanimous in deciding the best paper award, which goes to the paper entitled "Service Composition using Dynamic Programming and Concept Service (CS) Network" by Liying Cui, Soundar Kumara, and Tao Yao from the Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Department at The Pennsylvania State University. The award winner will receive a certificate at the 2011 IIE Annual Conference and Expo. The IIE-CIS Board members look forward to receiving
many competitive papers in future years as well.
