"Using Lean for Faster Six Sigma Results: A Synchronized Approach"
by Mark A. Nash, Sheila R. Poling, and Sophronia Ward

"Using Lean for Faster Six Sigma Results" provides a strategy for merging lean and Six Sigma into one effort. The authors address the dilemma many organizations face in selecting the appropriate continuous improvement initiative. This book begins by thoroughly explaining the purpose, goals, and benefits of lean and Six Sigma. The differences and limitations of each methodology are then discussed. A synchronized approach is presented to achieve faster and more powerful results.

This book is easy to read and understand with clear figures and examples. Eight case studies are provided throughout the book to illustrate implementing lean, Six Sigma, or the synchronized approach. This book is an excellent read for Six Sigma and ean practitioners and all levels of management. Buy the book
