Greetings!
A friend of mine asked me the question the other day,
"How do you know if the person is "THE ONE".
The simplest answer that I give women is that the
relationship is no longer pandering to your needs for
safety or validation.
Meaning, that you feel whole and know that you are
connected to your own divine source of joy, and well-
being with or without the relationship. This doesn't
mean of course that if the person were to disappear
that you wouldn't grieve, but it means that you are at
a place where you know that you are supported by
the Universe regardless, and that everything is
happening in divine order.
Another way of looking at it is through what I call
the Key vs. the Keeper™ lens. Every relationship in
your life is a key and serves to unlock different aspects
of self that will strengthen your own ability to feel
safe validated, and loved in the world.
Keys can range from being highly unsavory experiences
to more pleasure than you previously thought possible.
For instance, if you don't feel good enough, or loved enough,
the key can mean that you need to stand up for yourself or
even say "no" to the relationship. In the middle of the
spectrum, the key could be someone who triggers envy,
pointing to areas in your life where you would like to be
more self-expressed and then all the way on the other side
of the spectrum, a key can expand you into bliss. All of
these keys serve us to expand you (to motivate you to
develop yourself to a point so that you can bring forth your
gifts on this planet). And as you are able to shine forth who
you truly are while here in the physical world, you remember
that you are already perfect, already whole, complete
and the essence of love.
When this "vibration" becomes your conscious reality then
you finally are able to field, withstand, and celebrate the love
that your Beloved (the Keeper) has for you.
DO NOT SKIP YOUR KEYS!
I've had women want to skip keys, they want to be
"perfect" before they step out into the world. But here's
the beautiful rub, no matter how much you meditate, there
are some things that can't be learned except for inside of
relationship. Makes sense doesn't it? We can't learn how
to speak up for ourselves if there is no one to speak up to...
ONE THING TO WATCH OUT FOR...
Keys aren't always linear. Sometimes the most challenging
relationship you've ever had can come right before your Beloved.
(I've seen it all...) So don't get discouraged. For those of you
who are experiencing this, know that sometimes (not all
the time, it depends on how you tick), the darkest comes
before the dawn, or rather, there's nothing like experiencing
something highly undesirable to point you to what you wanta
... to say, "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH" which gives the Universe
a very strong signal or what Abraham-Hicks would call "rocket
of Desire".
IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE HARD
You can also decide that you want a more pleasant unfolding.
In that case, my advice is to seek support. There is nothing like
learning from the lessons of others and receiving guidance from
those who have what you want in order to accelerate your path.
THERE IS NO NEED TO RECREATE THE WHEEL!
For those of you who would haven't attended the

where you can safely release old patterns, and reclaim
your energy as well as understand what gems you were
supposed to get out of the past so that you can fully
step into the love that you've always wanted.
All my love,
Cynthia
