New Moms Group

For moms and babies from 2 to 18 weeks. Here you can socialize with other new moms who are experiencing the same highs and lows of parenthood. This class runs for 8 weeks. Next session starts September 22, 10:30 pm. Call to register 234-1279, or click here.

Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga

Itsy Bitsy Yoga is a calming and nurturing yoga practice full of ways to enhance bonding and make babies happier and more comfortable in their bodies. For parents, this class gives the special time necessary to bond with and learn about your baby's emerging personality. This is now a 10 week session.

We offer the class on Wednesdays at 10:30, and Thursdays at 2:00 pm. Registration is currently open, 401-234-1279.

Baby Gym Playing is a natural way for babies to learn. From the moment of their first kicks to reaching for a toy, they are learning to stretch while having fun. Our baby gym experiences help you ease your baby in a routine of being active and starting them on a healthy way of life early on. Come play and explore! For babies 6-weeks until 6 months. 10-week session.

Tot Gym

Our gymnastics program for even the littlest gymnasts. With an emphasis on development of social skills, this program is geared toward the exploration of movement. Toddlers are elated as they are introduced to a vast array of fantastic and stimulating new experiences. Our tots will learn, with the help of their parents, a sense of balance, body movements, and hand-eye coordination. They will roll, jump, climb, crawl through tunnels and make their way through different adventures each week. Our fun and caring instructors will engage you and your child in a safe and age appropriate environment. This is a 45-minute, parent participation class.

This class is available Mondays at 11:00, Tuesdays at 3:45, Wednesdays at 11:45 and Saturdays at 11:15 am. Register early for prime time spot!

Through songs, toys, and loving playtime between you and your child, Kindermusik Sign & Sing shows you more than 50 signs your child can use to communicate with you. Starts the week of September 21st, runs for 10 weeks, register early, only one class this session! Tuesday: 10:45 - 11:30 am

Let's not forget SWIM classes, they begin September 23rd! This is the perfect introductory swim class for 6 month-3 year olds!

ABC Music & Me

ABC Music & Me is a research-based language and early literacy program built around music. ABC Music & Me helps 18 month olds through four-year-olds develop pre-literacy and language skills through a child's most-loved rituals: music and story time.

Class will be held on Tuesdays at 9:45 am. Class cost is only $163. for one session, eight weeks, plus materials!

Tumbling Tykes It is a class that will meet the need for movement and play of children 21 months to 2.9 years old - with an emphasis on development of social skills, sense of balance, body movements and more. There will be stimulating new experiences, games, songs and opportunities to investigate what their growing bodies can do with jumping, spinning, tumbling and balancing. Our fun and caring instructors will engage you and your child in a safe and age appropriate environment.

Class is held on Wednesdays at 10:45 am and Thursday at 9:45 am.

Little Van Gogh Art

This class offers an introduction to a variety of art mediums (paint, clay, water colors, smudge crayons) in a way that encourages sensory awareness and intuitive thinking. Famous artists are introduced in a way for children to replicate their work laying the foundation for creativity.

I've always wanted white teeth. My cup a day coffee habit and red wine love have not helped that desire. I've tried Crest Whitestrips, but I find my teeth too sensitive after using them. Not to mention the fact that I can't be reliable enough to use them consistently twice each day. I actually just changed to a darker lipstick color in the desire to make my teeth look whiter. But, several weeks ago I was fortunate enough to have my teeth whitened by using Light Spa.

Light Spa is Cosmetic Teeth Whitening that takes only fifteen minutes and lasts for up to two years. They quickly set two trays full of the gel and let me sit with an LED light shining into my mouth. After fifteen minutes, long minutes mind you, I couldn't speak, they took everything out, I rinsed several times and was ready to go! My teeth actually became the whitest shade possible. It was very exciting! I felt no sensitivity afterward, it felt like I had just been to the dentist.

Shannon and I have always wanted to receive this service, and are now happy to bring it to all of our Bellani friends. On Tuesday, August 18th from 10-7 pm we are offering appointments. The cost of the service is $149. We are booking appointments every 30 minutes. You will be in complete privacy in one of our classrooms to have your teeth whitened.
