The Annual Christmas Day Dinner was an overwhelming success!
Because of your support, we were able to feed 650+ homeless, needy, elderly
and formerly
incarcerated
on Christmas Day 2009!
During the Christmas Day Dinner, a live three hour broadcast from "Torrie's" at Wilson's Restaurant aired on WPFW 89.3 FM radio, with CROSS ROADS host Roach Brown, and was heard world wide via the Internet. It was exciting, inspirational, informative and humorous. Many of the city's community leaders attended and were interviewed. This Christmas Day Dinner truly did feed the body, mind and spirit as many shared reflections, greetings and cheer.
