INFORMATION
  May News from 2BWell

This May brings many changes to 2BWell; we have two new practitioners joining our wellness team, Amy Kammerer, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Hilary Laferriere, Licensed Acupuncturist.

Amy and Hilary both come to the clinic with many years of experience and a passion to provide holistic and preventative care to their patients.  We have included short biographies for Amy and Hilary in this month's newsletter. However, if you would like to learn more about them and their theraputic style, we encourage you to contact the front desk and set up a consultation appointment.

As we welcome two new additions, we sadly say goodbye to one of our longtime practitioners, Soheila Beberness, L.Ac., who will be moving to the Seattle area with her family.  Please take the time to read her goodbye letter to her patients at 2BWell.  We wish her and her family the best as they start a new journey.

As always, 2BWell is here to provide the highest level of care and provide wellness services to your entire family. Our compassionate and professional practitioners and staff look forward to seeing you as spring turns to summer.

All the essential support to transform organically, all under one roof.

Amy

Introducing:

I am Nationally Certified in Eastern & Western Massage. I studied athletic personal training with the American College of Sports Medicine, Ayurveda & Rolfing in Colorado & Kinesiotaping as a member of the Oregon Orthopedic Study Group. I'm certified in Anabolic Steroids & Performance Enhancing Substances. (Meaning I know what's being marketed to you as a quick fix & what's of potential value).

Have you seen colorful tape on pro-athletes? That's Kinesiotape, a natural performance enhancer. We use it to support muscle function, decrease swelling, eliminate bruising & stabilize joints. It's latex free & waterproof. A super tool in auto or sports injury recovery. Check it out: http://www.kinesiotaping.com/kta/

Feeling blue for no reason? Life's transitions can be challenging.  Experience bodywork that naturally supports a woman's hormones.

2BWell surrounds you with a knowledgeable, hospitable & caring staff. We work together to meet your concerns. I look forward to meeting you & addressing questions you might have! Feel free to contact me via my email: amy@2bwell.net, or call the front desk at 503-655-0044 and ask for Amy.

Soheila

 Soheila Beberness, LAc

To start, I would like to thank you for the trust you have given me over the past 6 years to care for you and your family as your acupuncturist.  Getting to know you and having the opportunity to serve you as an acupuncturist has been a true privilege.

You may have already heard the news, but I wanted to personally write and inform you that I am leaving my position here at 2bwell as a staff acupuncturist on June 1st of 2011.  My husband Benjamin and I are relocating our family to the Seattle area. This was a very tough decision to make for us since we truly enjoy our life here in the Lake Oswego/West Linn area. However, after long thought and deep reflection, we both believe it's the right decision for our family. I have enjoyed working with you and will miss my patients and colleagues at 2bwell.

I am working closely with Siamak Shirazi, the founder and director of 2bwell clinic, to make this an easy transition for you and your family.  Siamak, who is an acupuncturist himself, will be available to follow up with your care at 2bwell Clinic after my departure. Hilary Laferriere, L. Ac. has recently joined 2bwell; she will also be available to continue care and provide acupuncture services.  Hilary comes with several years of experience working with families as an acupuncturist, and her compassion and gentleness is visible in her work.

Please don't hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions. I'll be happy to meet with you and discuss future options for your health care beyond June 1st 2011. Again, it has been a pleasure working at 2bwell and being your acupuncturist.

Thank you.
Sincerely,

Soheila Beberness, MS, LAc
